EXCHANGES OF GOODS

GPA Nosewtechnology
allows for its customers to return and exchange goods purchased in our website, within 10 days following the date of receipt of the goods. The receipt date will be considered the date when DHL successfully delivers the package to the customer’s delivery address.
Any returned products must be in perfect condition, without any wear-marks, not washed, well ironed, with all the original labels and inside the original packages.

Products that are dirty, worn, washed, damaged, bearing deodorant marks or odors will not be accepted.  

In this case, soiled or worn items will be returned with be held in our premises without any refund or return being granted for them. Failure to comply with these conditions will mean the loss of rights and claims for damages. GPA Nosewtechnology reserved the right to refuse the return of any goods if these are in bad condition and do not comply with the exchange & return conditions set above.

The customer still owns the right to recover these items by requesting a return to their address. In this case, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges arising from this return.

No Exchanges or Returns will be accepted by GPA Nosewtechnology without previous authorization from our Customer Service Representatives

On this e-mail you should necessarily mention the following info:
- 4-digit order number or the order date, mentioning as well, the name under which the order has been placed.
- Reasons behind the exchange/return of the product(s)
- Desired exchange (style, size and color) to confirm stock availability.

GPA Nosewtechnology should receive the parcel with the returned goods within 10 days after the exchange authorization has been granted, otherwise the return shall be refused.

Any shipping charges to our warehouses connected to exchanges will be the sender’s responsability and they will not be supported by GPA Nosewtechnology. No reimbursement is due for these charges.

All charges connected to the shipping of the the exchanged items back to the customers address will also be the customer’s responsability.

Any parcels containing returns should be sent by standard mail or express mail only. Parcels sent through C.O.D (collect on delivery) will be refused.

For the protection of your goods and parcels, be sure to use a delivery service that can provide you with tracking possibilities.

GPA Nosewtechnology cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. All returned goods are the customer’s responsability.

In the event that the desired product you wish to exchange your returns for is not available, GPA Nosewtechnology will offer you a credit for the returned item(s) cost which you can use to buy other items with.

GPA Nosewtechnology reserves the right to refuse returns if it finds that these are on the basis of unfair trade practices.

IMPORTANT – we would like to remind our customers that all promotional/free items cannot be returned, exchanged nor subject to any reimbursements.
